In "Gathering Blue", the society and culture is very strict and has many rules. People of all ranks in the community are expected to respect "the Council of Guardians" or the protects of knowledge. Everyone is also expected to give very high regarde to a wooden cross. It appears, from "the Ruin", they have discovered the wooden cross. They presume that is is very important, and therefore continue that "religion". They however do not understand its meaning or understand its holy value. In todays society, we would describe their religion as some form of roman catholic beliefs or just following Christ. Never the less, Kiras society understands the meaning of worship; but do not understand what it is used for. They believe it is to control the community, when actually it is to remember those who have done greatness.
Gathering Blue's religion is not a worship, but a fearful, controlling
command.
